Steps to get funding

We are excited to share that Marvelous Mind Center now accepts Acumen as a funding option for our programs.

This means that families approved through the New Jersey Division of Developmental Disabilities (DDD) can use their self-directed services budget to enroll their child, teen, or adult in our program—with Acumen handling payments directly.

How to Get Started Using Acumen
If you are already enrolled with DDD and working with a Support Coordinator, getting started is simple:

1. Contact Your Support Coordinator 
   Let them know you are interested in enrolling your child at Marvelous Mind Center.

2. Request Authorization 
   Ask for our program to be added to your child’s service plan (ISP) with approved hours.

3. Authorization Approval 
   Once approved, services will be authorized through Acumen.

4. Complete Intake With Us 
   Our team will guide you through enrollment and schedule your child’s start date.

If you are not yet enrolled with DDD but believe your child may qualify, we are happy to help guide you through that process as well.
